Terms Of Agreement for E-Design is an alternative to hiring Andrew Joseph Designs full design services. All selections, recommendations, and specifications are suggestions based on our design knowledge and taste, to help improve the look and feel of your space. This service is not intended for structural or architectural purposes. All E-Design packages will be delivered to the client within two work weeks, given our team has all needed dimensions, pictures, and information on existing space. E-Design clients understand that communication with our team is via online services only. For any needed phone calls or site visits, Client agrees to an additional charge that will be worked out directly with our team on a case by case basis, given city limitations and the nature of the project. Andrew Joseph Designs will NOT be responsible for any contractors, subcontractors or trades performing any work from the E-Design project. Andrew Joseph Designs is also not responsible for the fabrication of custom pieces, for damages or repairs, delivery, and installation or any schedules or deadline dates for the Clients E-Design project. eDesign customers agree to the Terms and Conditions regarding the E-Design services, provided by Andrew Joseph Designs.
